Those of you that know me will know that I can't put a nut in a monkeys mooth.....
Whislt giving my mums car a good clean and polish at the weekend(2005 VX Astra, 17000 miles) I checked her oil.
The dipstick was heavy sludged and when I took the filler cap off it had a big load of what looked like yellow whipped cream on it.
I know that when a cylinder head gasket goes the water makes a milky deposit on the oil.
Is this what you think might be wrong? She had it serviced in December and has had it since new.
Could it be residual crap from an engine flush? It runs fine and doesn't blow any smoke or ought?
